How much does it cost?
Groobix is a pay-as-you-go service. You will only pay for what you use. First you would have to choose the size of the package you want, afterwards, you'll be able to add extra modules from the Groobix Store. Visit the Price & Sign-Up page for more info.
What are the modules included in the Starter Kit?
Your Starter Kit includes Contacts, Notes, Messages, Business Calendar and Tasks, and is included in each new Groobix account.
Are there any other modules?
There are many other software modules available at the Groobix Store. Currently you will find there the following: Sales, Collecting, Order Processing, Checks, Projects and Customer Service. There will be new modules added all the time to the Groobix Store, to solve many more of your business needs.
Who manages my users?
This task will be a responsibility of the first user that signs up at Groobix in your organization. This user will be able to declare other users as administrators, by giving them access to the "Configuration" module.
Is my data safe?
We make daily back-ups to two different remote locations. The facilities where our servers are installed have security measures almost impossible to achieve for most small or medium businesses: biometric scanners, multiple layers of 24x7 security (cameras, card readers and keyboards), security personnel on-site and locked cabinets. Everything is constantly monitored by video.
Do you provide phone support?
We provide support over email only. We do our best to answer every mail within a few hours of reception. Messages are answered by our own people. We do not outsource our customer support to a call-center or any other company with unqualified staff.
How many users can I have in my system?
As many as you need! Our plans include a maximum of 50. If that is not enough, then contact us.
Can we install Groobix on our own servers?
That is not our preferred M.O. If you really need it, please Contact Us so we can discuss the situation in detail.
