- What are the differences between the Standard and PRO accounts?
- The Standard account is limited to a maximum of 2 users, which grows to 5 in Groobix PRO. They both include the Starter Kit apps. Groobix PRO also includes the Files module with 2gb of storage space, Groobix Mobile, to let you access your data from your Smartphone*
- If I start with a Standard account, can I move to PRO?
- Of couse! you can use your Standard account for as long as you want, and switch to Groobix PRO whenever you feel like it. You can also add new apps from the Groobix Store to your Standard account, even if you haven't moved to PRO.
- Which are the other applications available?
- Some of the other applications are: Projects, Sales & Billing, CRM Sales, Checks, Collection, Customer Service, and Order Processing. This list keeps growing, so stay tuned!
- What is SSL Security?
- SSL is a way of encrypting your transaction so information transmitted between you and Groobix is secure. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers. This feature is only available in Groobix PRO.
- What is the "Documents app"?
- The Documents App lets you easily share files with your team. The interesting fact about the Documents app, is that it lets you store and link your files with your business data. e.g. you could store a sales proposal in .doc or any other format together with the customer or sales opportunity related to that file, or a Product data-sheet PDF file inside your product's data. This feature is only available in Groobix PRO.
- What is Groobix Mobile?
- Groobix Mobile is a version of Groobix designed for small screens. Even if you could use the standard Groobix screens from any Webkit based smartphone, Groobix Mobile will give you a faster and easier user experience. This feature is only available in Groobix PRO.
- What kind of payments do you accept?
- We currently accept payments via the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Are there any setup fees?
- No, there are no additional costs for registration or activation. You will only pay the monthly bill for the package you sign up, and the apps you subscribe to at the Groobix Store.
- Is there a trial period?
- You can try out Groobix for as long as you want, using a Standard account. As soon as you move to a PRO account you will be charged for it's use.
- Can I cancel my account at any time?
- Yes. From that moment on, we will not charge you anymore. Your account will remain active until the end of your monthly billing cycle.
- Groobix' Return and Refunds Policy
- All our products have an unconditional 60-day money back satisfaction guarantee. Once the product falls outside of the defined 60-day satisfaction guarantee period, a refund can not be honored. Your return or refund request will also result in a product and account cancellation. Returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for return.
* You will be able to use Groobix Mobile in any Webkit based mobile browser, such as iPhone, Android, Windows mobile, or BlackBerry 6 OS
