This is an extremely powerful function, that lets us describe our data, in order to create groups of related records, and find data easily.

It´s quite simple. In every module you will find one or more options the add new information.

The main goal of Groobix "Tasks" is to let you assign things to do to you, or to other people, collaborate, and keep track of what has been done (or not!)

This module lets you store and share information about your business' important dates: project due dates, important customer presentations or events, invoice cycles, investments maturity dates, etc.

This module lets you store and share your business' "Contacts" information: email, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

You will find Discussions at different places in Groobix:

The Documents module lets you store files in Groobix, making that info available to everybody in your team, wherever you are.

The Notes module lets you store pieces of unstructured information in Groobix, having that info available wherever you are, and being able to share it with the people in your team.
